Notes: A 3-colour screen print poster edition for Xylouris White’s European tour during April 2019 to coincide with the release of the legendary duo (Greek cretan lute master George Xylouris and Dirty Three’s Australian drummer Jim White)’s third album “Mother” via Bella Union. The poster is a 3-colour screen print handprinted at Cork Printmakers on to splendorgel avorio 300gm paper stock, made in an edition of 60 signed and numbered prints. Artwork comprises various images carved from linocut, including Jim White’s hands while drumming (these are positioned as the forks of lightning in the clouds). Another hidden image is George Xylouris’s profile which appears as the shadow of the mountain.
